Digital Broadcast’s Conforming Engine makes workflow easier and faster by transcoding A/V formats from outside sources to Digital Broadcast’s MediaFire Automated Master Control for playout. This allows MediaFire’s automatic transfer of content from media delivery services, including PitchBlue, Pathfire, DG FastChannel. It also transcodes content from an FTP server for easy downloading and airing of material from ad agencies, production houses, etc.
The DB Conforming Engine controls the program bitrate for the proper playout from the MediaFire. It also controls audio normalization to ensure the maximum on-air performance.
