GAINESVILLE, FL., October 13, 2009 – Digital Broadcast has announced that Bonita Elias has joined the company as the Northeast Area Sales Manager. Ms. Elias brings her extensive management experience in the broadcast industry to sales of the company’s growing line of master control and news control products.
Ms. Elias was formerly the General Manager of KUIL 64 TV where she oversaw all operations at the Beaumont, Texas station. Prior to that, she was Sales Manager of WMOR TV32 in Tampa Bay and Senior Account Leader with WBDC in Washington, DC. She has also served as an account executive with WOIO and WUAB in Cleveland, Ohio.
Ms. Elias completed the National Association of Broadcasters Management Development series at Northwestern University’s Medill School of Business & Journalism. She is also a graduate of NAB’s Broadcast Leadership Academy. She has been active in community and industry associations including Rotary Club, Habitat for Humanity and the ADDYs.
