Utility Allows User to Schedule Ingest for Automatic Recording
Gainesville, FL, March 3, 2003 – Digital Broadcast today added Media Bank Automated Scheduled Record to its growing line of products for the broadcaster.
The Media Bank ASR allows the broadcaster to schedule and automatically record satellite or other inputs with high-end multi-stream audio/video encoding.
Operated from a Microsoft Windows 2000? platform, the ASR converts traditional audio and video signals into studio-quality MPEG-2 digital streams. These can then be stored on a hard drive and/or transferred via a network, ultimately to be decoded with a Media Bank Video Server or any other MPEG-2 compliant server for broadcast or personal viewing.
