MediaVault

Work intelligently

by automating your archive.

  • Discover content
  • Retrieve newsroom rundown
  • Transcode
  • Archive content
  • Create proxy
  • Send to the cloud
  • Perform speech to text
  • Send email notification
  • Discover metadata

These are just some of the tasks of a typical MediaVault workflow. Configure the jobs to do what you need, so that you can comfortably know your valuable assets are retained, and retrievable.

Interface with your

existing systems.

MediaVault’s many third party interfaces include newsroom and editing systems. Retrieve from and send results to your existing newsroom and editing systems. Aditionally, search results can be obtained via a web browser and can be presented to third party systems via fixed hyperlinks.

Manage your content

your way.

MediaVault can handle any content — video, audio, document files, pdf, pictures, images, and editing projects. Store, search, categorize and retrieve your assets when you want and where you want.

Intelligent metadata means

intelligent searches.

Using the latest in AI technology, MediaVault makes your content more searchable. With speech-to-text processing and optical character recognition, even media without a script or closed-captioning is keyword searchable. MediaVault discovers traditional metadata from sources such as newsroom script, media properties, and user entry.

Choose the storage medium

that’s right for you.

MediaVault can be as simple as a spinning disk cache or expanded with removeable media such as LTO, Blu-Ray, or optical devices.

MediaVault also interfaces with the Cloud, be it Amazon or Google web services or DBi’s own private cloud option. It features easy storage expansion, offsite backup, material redundancy, and convenient sharing with other facilities and team members.
